Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates & delivery times We ship across Italy and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
Customs & duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
